Gakupo the Shiny Male? Lilligant

Meet Guendolina, Gumi (by family), or Gakupo (what he prefers to call himself)
Gakupo is a female biologically, but a male inside. Being shiny doesn't make it any easier.

Gakupo will probably be the pokemon of (yet) another Cita NPC named Haku who was originally going to be Corus but then I made Gakupo :1

So yep only really posting this to the group to see if this kind of design change is okay. BTW his "hair" leaf thing is held back by a ribbon, I am not sure if that is allowed or not. It is a basic accessory, but they are only free to contestants (which Haku is probably maybe not going to be)

Moveset will probably be:
Petal Dance/Grass Whistle/Energy Ball/Quiver Dance
Ability: Own Tempo

Yeah so if this is going a tad too far with design edits, I totally understand and will not use him/accomodate him to fit what is acceptable C:
